Terms of Service

These terms describe acceptable use, account responsibilities, and beta service conditions for Nature Therapy Hub.

Nature Therapy Hub is currently operating as an Early Access/Beta platform. These policies apply to all users of the platform during the beta testing period.

Early access and beta service

Nature Therapy Hub is available at https://naturetherapyhq.co.uk as an Early Access/Beta software platform. Features, workflows, availability, wording, and user interface details may change during beta testing as the service is improved.

Acceptable use

Users must use the platform lawfully, professionally, and only for authorised purposes. Users must not attempt to access data belonging to another user, bypass security controls, misuse public forms, upload malicious content, disrupt the service, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Public directory users must not misuse directory information, scrape listings, send spam, harass practitioners, submit false or misleading listings, impersonate another person, or use the directory in a way that harms therapists, visitors, or Nature Therapy Hub.

Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using appropriate devices and networks, signing out on shared devices, and reporting suspected unauthorised access to support@naturetherapyhq.co.uk. Accounts may be suspended or restricted if misuse, security concerns, or breach of these terms is identified.

Professional and clinical responsibility

Therapists remain responsible for their professional, clinical, safeguarding, risk, consent, insurance, and legal decisions. Nature Therapy Hub is a software platform and does not provide therapy services, clinical supervision, emergency services, or professional advice.

Client data and lawful use

Therapists are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate lawful basis and professional authority to enter, manage, and share client information in the platform, including when using the client portal.

Therapist Directory

The Therapist Directory is a public information feature separate from the secure practice management workspace. Directory listings are reviewed before publication and provided for information only. Nature Therapy Hub does not endorse individual practitioners. Visitors should contact therapists directly to discuss qualifications, experience, availability, fees, and suitability for their needs.

Therapists and applicants are responsible for ensuring directory content they submit is accurate, lawful, professional, and kept up to date. Nature Therapy Hub may approve, decline, edit, hide, or remove directory listings at its discretion, including where content is unclear, inaccurate, unsuitable, out of date, potentially harmful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the directory.

Directory availability may change during beta. Nature Therapy Hub does not guarantee that a directory listing will be published, remain available, receive enquiries, or generate referrals.

Changes to the platform

Because the service is in beta, features may be added, removed, limited, renamed, or changed. Nature Therapy Hub may update these terms as the service develops.

Availability and liability

Nature Therapy Hub aims to provide a reliable service, but beta access may include interruptions or changes. To the extent permitted by law, Nature Therapy Hub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
