About Nature Therapy Hub
Nature Therapy Hub provides online software designed for outdoor, walk-and-talk and nature-based therapists.
Nature Therapy Hub provides software tools and does not provide therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, clinical supervision, legal advice, safeguarding advice or emergency services.
Eligibility and professional responsibility
Users are responsible for:
The Practice Hub is intended for therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists and other appropriately authorised professional users.
- Ensuring they are suitably trained, qualified and insured for the services they provide
- Working within their competence and professional scope
- Following applicable professional-body requirements
- Maintaining appropriate safeguarding and emergency procedures
- Obtaining necessary client consent
- Identifying appropriate lawful bases for processing client information
- Ensuring information entered into the platform is accurate and lawful
- Retaining and deleting professional records appropriately
- Maintaining independent backups or exports where required by their professional obligations
Account security
Users must provide accurate registration information, keep login credentials confidential, use a strong password, notify Nature Therapy Hub promptly if unauthorised access is suspected, ensure only authorised people access their account, and keep account and contact information current.
Users are responsible for activity performed through their account unless caused by a failure within Nature Therapy Hub's own systems.
Free trial
Nature Therapy Hub may offer a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required during the trial unless the subscription flow states otherwise.
Trial availability may be limited to one trial per person or practice. Trial access may be restricted in cases of misuse. Users are responsible for exporting any information needed before trial access ends. Trial reminder emails may be sent. Continued access after the trial requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscription prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by the configured third-party payment provider. Subscriptions may renew automatically where stated during checkout.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid billing information. Failed or cancelled payments may result in restricted or suspended access. Nature Therapy Hub may change prices by giving reasonable prior notice. Any applicable taxes are included or added as displayed during checkout.
Subscription billing is separate from invoices therapists create for their clients.
Cancellation
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the Subscription page or configured billing portal where available. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal, and existing access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not automatically provided for partially used billing periods, except where required by law. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Account deletion
Account deletion can be requested from Settings. A 14-day grace period begins, the Practice Hub becomes read-only, Data Export remains available during the grace period, and the request can be cancelled before the scheduled deletion date.
At the end of the grace period, Nature Therapy Hub attempts to delete the therapist account, associated workspace records, therapist-scoped files and authentication account. Permanent deletion may not be reversible. Limited records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
Client and clinical information
Users are responsible for the client information they enter, ensuring they have authority and a lawful basis to process it, deciding what is appropriate to record, avoiding unnecessary or excessive data, responding to client rights requests, correcting inaccurate records, and determining retention periods in line with their responsibilities.
Nature Therapy Hub acts as a processor for client information stored on behalf of therapists, as further described in the Data Processing Agreement.
Client Portal
Therapists control which clients receive Client Portal access and what information is made available. Invite links must only be shared with the intended client, and clients must not share their access link or permit unauthorised access.
Nature Therapy Hub cannot guarantee that clients will read or act on information. The Client Portal is not an emergency communication service.
Contracts and signatures
The platform allows therapists to prepare and send client contracts. Therapists are responsible for the wording and legal suitability of each contract. Templates are administrative tools and do not constitute legal advice.
Typed or electronic client signatures are recorded for evidential and workflow purposes. Nature Therapy Hub does not guarantee that a particular contract or signature will be legally enforceable in every situation.
Safety Check-ins
Safety Check-ins are an administrative support tool. They are not a substitute for professional judgement, emergency planning or appropriate lone-working procedures.
Email delivery can be delayed, rejected or unavailable. Users must not rely exclusively on automated alerts. Therapists are responsible for maintaining accurate emergency contact information. Nature Therapy Hub is not an emergency service. In an emergency, users must contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
Outdoor locations, routes and GPX files
Users are responsible for checking location and route suitability. Conditions may change due to weather, access restrictions, terrain or other hazards.
GPX files and route details may be inaccurate or incomplete. Nature Therapy Hub does not verify uploaded routes. Users must complete their own risk assessments and planning, and must have permission to upload and use GPX files or other content.
Invoices and payment links
Therapist-created invoices are separate from Nature Therapy Hub subscription billing. Therapists control invoice content, amounts, due dates and payment instructions.
Nature Therapy Hub does not collect card details through therapist-created invoices unless a separate implemented payment service explicitly does so. External payment links are operated by third parties. Nature Therapy Hub is not responsible for external provider availability or disputes between therapists and clients. Therapists are responsible for tax, accounting and regulatory obligations relating to their invoices.
Uploaded content
Users retain responsibility for content they upload. They confirm that they have the right to upload it, that it does not infringe another person's rights, that it is lawful and appropriate, that it does not contain malware, and that it is necessary for their use of the platform.
Users grant Nature Therapy Hub a limited permission to host, process, display and transmit uploaded content only as needed to provide the service.

Backups and exports
Nature Therapy Hub uses operational safeguards and hosting-provider infrastructure. Users remain responsible for exporting information where required by their professional obligations.
Data Export tools are available, but users must store exports securely. Nature Therapy Hub cannot guarantee recovery in every possible incident.
Intellectual property
Nature Therapy Hub owns or licenses the platform software, design, branding and site content. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during their trial or subscription.
Users retain ownership of their original uploaded content. No source code, branding or proprietary material may be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party services
The service may depend on third parties for hosting, authentication, database services, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, monitoring and security. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, Nature Therapy Hub is not responsible for clinical decisions, professional negligence by therapists, missed appointments, inaccurate records entered by users, outdoor incidents, route or GPX inaccuracies, failure to follow safety procedures, external payment disputes, third-party outages, loss caused by users sharing credentials or invite links, or indirect or consequential losses.
Suspension and termination
Nature Therapy Hub may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security risks, illegal activity, serious misuse, breach of these Terms, or protection of users or platform integrity. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue will be given.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated for legal, operational, security or product reasons. Material changes should be communicated through the website, Practice Hub or email. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance where legally permitted.
