Harriet
Community Lead & Outdoor Psychotherapist
Harriet helps shape the platform from real outdoor clinical experience and guides the community voice, values and editorial direction of Nature Therapy Hub.
About
Nature Therapy Hub is being created for outdoor therapists, by people who understand outdoor therapy.

Nature Therapy Hub is being built by Eddy and Harriet, combining outdoor therapy experience with practical software development.
Harriet is an outdoor-based psychotherapist and Community Lead for Nature Therapy Hub. She brings first-hand understanding of the practical, clinical and emotional realities of working beyond four walls, from planning sessions and managing risk to supporting clients in changing outdoor environments.
Eddy is a systems and web developer with a background in operations, automation and workflow design. He focuses on building secure, calm and practical tools that support real-world practice rather than forcing therapists to adapt to generic software.
Together, we are creating Nature Therapy Hub as a professional home for outdoor therapists, bringing together practice management, client support, CPD, professional resources and community connection in one calm, connected place.

Systems & Web Developer
Eddy designs and develops the systems behind Nature Therapy Hub, focusing on secure workflows, usability and practical tools that help therapists manage their work with confidence.
Nature Therapy Hub is being shaped through conversations with therapists, counsellors, supervisors and nature-based practitioners who understand the realities of outdoor work.
Feedback from therapists helps guide what we build, refine and prioritise, from practice management and client portal tools through to CPD, resources, safety workflows and community features.
Our aim is to build the Hub with the outdoor therapy community, not just for it.
Outdoor therapy involves routes, weather, terrain, privacy, access, boundaries, emergency planning, and client readiness. Those details should be part of the practice system.
The product is intentionally quiet, structured, and professional so therapists can find what they need without fighting a cluttered interface.
Risk assessments, safety check-ins, location notes, and route libraries are designed to support thoughtful clinical judgment, not replace it.
Many therapists delivering walk-and-talk therapy, outdoor counselling, ecotherapy, and nature-based programmes rely on a patchwork of tools. Generic practice systems can handle appointments and notes, but they rarely understand the environmental and safety context that makes outdoor work possible.
Nature Therapy Hub brings the core layer together: clients, appointments, notes, consent, risk assessments, outdoor locations, route libraries, resources, safety check-ins, CPD, community tools and therapist settings. The platform will continue to evolve with practitioner feedback and careful attention to client experience.
