Complaints Policy

How to raise concerns about Nature Therapy Hub, the platform, or public Therapist Directory listings during Early Access/Beta testing.

Nature Therapy Hub is currently operating as an Early Access/Beta platform. We aim to handle concerns clearly, fairly, and proportionately.

Purpose

This policy explains how users, visitors, therapists, applicants, and clients can raise concerns about Nature Therapy Hub or the public Therapist Directory.

Platform Complaints

Platform complaints may relate to account access, product behaviour, support, privacy concerns, data handling, email communications, or other aspects of the Nature Therapy Hub service.

Directory Listing Complaints

Directory listing complaints may relate to a public therapist listing, including concerns that information is incorrect, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or not suitable for publication.

Incorrect Information

If you believe a listing contains inaccurate contact details, location information, practice details, or other public profile information, please report the listing or contact us with the relevant profile URL.

Inappropriate Content

Please tell us if a directory listing appears to include inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or irrelevant content. Nature Therapy Hub may hide or remove content while concerns are reviewed.

Misrepresentation Concerns

If you are concerned that a listing may misrepresent a practitioner, practice, service, or professional background, please provide as much context as possible so the concern can be reviewed.

Response Times

We aim to review complaints as quickly as possible and normally acknowledge concerns within 5 working days. More complex concerns may take longer to review, especially during early access.

How to Contact Us

Email support@naturetherapyhq.co.uk with platform concerns. To report a public directory listing, use the Report Listing page where possible so the relevant profile information is captured.
