This Cookie Policy explains how Nature Therapy Hub uses cookies and similar storage technologies on its website, Practice Hub and Client Portal.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files or stored values placed on a browser or device to remember information, support security or help a website operate correctly. Similar storage technologies may be used for the same purposes.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies support authentication, security, session management, cookie choices, and core website or platform functions. Essential cookies cannot normally be disabled through the Nature Therapy Hub cookie controls because the service may not function correctly without them.
Functional cookies
Nature Therapy Hub does not currently offer a separate functional-cookie category in its public cookie controls. Limited preference storage that is necessary to remember cookie choices is treated as essential preference storage.
Analytics cookies
Nature Therapy Hub uses Vercel Analytics in production to understand high-level website and application usage. In the current implementation, analytics remain disabled until consent is given. Analytics can be withdrawn through Cookie Settings.
Marketing cookies
Nature Therapy Hub does not currently use advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies.

Managing cookies
You can change analytics preferences through Cookie Settings. Browser settings may also delete or block cookies. Blocking essential, authentication or session cookies may prevent login or core functionality.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that occurred before withdrawal. Where technically supported, previously stored analytics cookies should be removed when consent is withdrawn.
Third-party services
Supabase may set authentication/session cookies for secure account access. Vercel Analytics may use browser storage or cookies where analytics consent is accepted. Resend is used for email delivery but is not listed as a browser-cookie provider for this website.
