Nature Therapy Hub is currently operating as an Early Access/Beta platform. These policies apply to all users of the platform during the beta testing period.

Purpose of the directory

The Therapist Directory helps visitors find practitioners who describe their work as outdoor, walk-and-talk, ecotherapy, or nature-based therapy. The directory is separate from the secure Nature Therapy Hub practice management workspace.

Information-only listings

Directory listings are reviewed before publication and provided for information only. Nature Therapy Hub does not endorse individual practitioners. Visitors should contact therapists directly to discuss qualifications, experience, availability and suitability for their needs.

Listing eligibility

During early access, directory listings are intended for therapists, counsellors, trainees, and related practitioners whose work is relevant to outdoor, walk-and-talk, ecotherapy, or nature-based practice. Submission of an application does not guarantee publication.

Therapist responsibilities

Applicants and listed practitioners are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate, lawful, professional, not misleading, and kept up to date. Practitioners remain responsible for their own professional, clinical, safeguarding, insurance, regulatory, and legal obligations.

Review before publication

Nature Therapy Hub reviews listing applications before publication to check whether they fit the purpose and tone of the early access directory. Review before publication is not an endorsement and should not be treated as a professional suitability check.

Right to decline, edit, hide, or remove listings

Nature Therapy Hub may approve, decline, edit, hide, or remove a listing at its discretion. This may happen where content appears unclear, inaccurate, unsuitable, out of date, potentially harmful, inconsistent with the purpose of the directory, or otherwise inappropriate for publication.

No guarantee of enquiries

A directory listing does not guarantee referrals, enquiries, clients, ranking, visibility, or continued availability. Directory features, filters, wording, and availability may change during beta testing.

Visitor use

Visitors must not scrape directory listings, send spam, harass practitioners, copy listings for unrelated services, or use directory information in a way that is unlawful, intrusive, misleading, or harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nature Therapy Hub is not responsible for decisions made by visitors or practitioners based on directory listings, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory. Visitors should make their own enquiries before choosing to work with any practitioner.

Concerns about a directory listing, including inaccurate information or inappropriate content, can be reported to support@naturetherapyhq.co.uk.
